Video Production Job: Weekend in Cambridge
We’re looking for film studio to cover the Angiogenesis Foundation’s conference.
The parameters are the following: a two day conference (10/29-30, in Cambridge, MA) with set-up the evening before at 5PM (10/28).
We will need two cameras using DVCAM format, this material will be used for our webcast but could also be used in alternative formats as well. It will be in HD, the Conference runs from 8AM until 5PMon both days.
We will then have the tapes converted to editable format afterwards like Quicktime or alternative options to be discussed. This is not necessary to be completed by the same company that captures the footage but if they have the capabilities might as well price it out as well for convenience factor.
We are a non-profit health advocacy organization and our budget is not huge, but this should be a pretty easy project and we are really fun to work with =)
