[JOB] looking for some talented e-commerce front-end designing and back-end development

We are 2 business savvy partners launching a company in the e-commerce and social networking space. It is a very novel idea with great potential (as confirmed with several ppl including experienced VCs). We are very well equipped on the marketing, financial, strategy and VC sides and we are looking for a couple developers to round out the team – a Front-end developer and a Back-end developer

Developers who are fun, dedicated, excited by the adrenaline rush of a new venture because this is how we are. Most importantly, we are looking for a thought partner not just a developer we can hire. You can expect equity if you demonstrate the desire to join or cash only for purely front and back end development.

+ Visually designers to create compelling web-based user experiences.

+ Create visually appealing pixel-perfect best-in-class web pages.

+ Develop dynamic and highly interactive web pages.

+ Architect and implement new features.

+ Participate in all phases of the software development cycle.

+ Provide technical and thought

+ 2+ years experience in developing object-oriented PHP code for database-backed websites or web applications.

+ Working on a B.S. in Computer Science or related field from a top tier university (or equivalent experience).

+ Experience with developing applications back-ended by MySQL 5.X databases.

+ Experience working for either social gaming OR Internet B2C companies.

+ Excellent problem solving skills.

+ Driven and self-motivated, a self-starter who can work without supervision.

+ Strong familiarity with Web 2.0 / Social Networking websites.

+ Previous start-up experience
