[intern] Web Producer/Front-end developer intern
Gotham Pixel Factory is an exciting development shop, founded and run by a team developers from major ad, consulting and media companies. We are growing rapidly and are looking to add a web producer and/or front-end developer intern to our team.
The work is primarily building pages in a WordPress CMS and will involve CSS/ HTML coding, some light Javascript, and image preparation. We are flexible with our tasks so if you want to grow and take on more Javascript coding or learn to build WordPress plugins, there will be opportunities for growth.
If you have great attention to detail, are a quick learner, strive to produce quality work, and are interested in working in a non-corporate environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What you can offer us:
– Web producer and/or junior front-end developer skills.
– Ability to convert PSDs into standards compliant and cross-browser HTML/CSS.
– Curiosity and enthusiasm to learn new technologies.
– Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
– Any experience working with Javascript and other libraries such as jQuery is a nice plus.
