Senior Physical Designer
ESI Design, one of the world’s leading experience design firms, is seeking a Senior Physical Designer for retail environments; museum exhibits, corporate installations and Large-scale media experience projects. Successful candidates will have:
Strong conceptual design experience
Strong graphic communication skills
Strong 3D modeling and rendering skills
Experience working with Project Managers to oversee schedule and workflow
Ability to clearly present design concepts verbally and visually; both internally and directly to clients
Experience interacting with clients to establish design criteria and communicate concepts
Experience working with an internal multi-disciplinary design team including exhibit designers, technical systems designers, interactive designers, writers and graphic designers
Ability to oversee design at different phases of project work with Project Manager as well ass preparing projections for labor & expenses
Experience working closely with a Principal / Lead Designer
Managing a small team in the creation of concept visualizations as well as project documentation
Qualifications:
Overall 7 to 10 years of experience with at least 4 years of demonstrated experience working as a Senior Designer
Strong Retail, Corporate, Museum and/or Large scale media experience design skills
Must have excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills with respect to team members, peers, and management
Knowledge and experience in 3D modeling, rendering, drafting and design documentation using relevant design software
