I’m writing from mtvU with an opportunity for your students to share their idea for an innovative digital tool – and have the chance to win $10,000.
mtvU, MTV’s television channel, recently launched a groundbreaking campaign, Against Our Will, to mobilize students to get involved in the important issue of modern-day slavery and human trafficking. We recently held the Slavery Footprint Campus Challenge, which engaged students at over 170 universities to take almost 15,000 actions against modern-day slavery. Last month, we announced a call for entries in the Against Our Will Challenge, which asks college students to come up with an idea for an innovative digital tool that helps end modern-day slavery in the US. The winning individual or team will be recognized with a $10,000 prize furnished by LexisNexis and have the chance to work with mtvU to see their idea actualized.
