iCloud Interface Design is seeking a Product Design intern who possesses a passion for great design, a superb aesthetic sense, an exceptional eye for detail and a deep appreciation for simple solutions to complex problems.
The Product Design Intern will be a key player in determining future features and user experiences for iCloud, an Apple member-based online suite of services. We are looking for a visionary designer who is ready to break new ground in the field of Web-based user interface and application design.
Responsibilities include working closely with the iCloud team of interface designers, engineering, management and marketing to conceive, develop and present brilliant interactions and elegant experiences.
Qualifications:
— Must be a team player with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
— Highly organized and motivated with a deep desire to prove themselves within a company of talented individuals.
— Experience creating visually stunning interactive user experiences for digital media.
— An outstanding body of work demonstrating the successful delivery of innovative digital interface design solutions for both the Web, Web 2.0, desktop applications and/or mobile and handheld devices
— Knowledge of Web 2.0 standards and usability
— Well-versed in fundamental visual and interactive design disciplines and principals.
— Ability to build interactive prototypes for web and/or mobile is a plus.
— Previous experience with Web and application design.
Software Skills:
Strong working experience with graphic design tools Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash.
Experience and/or working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Web 2.0 Standards.
