Want to do good while you do good work? Join us at DailyFeats! We’re always looking to meet creative, talented, inspired people; get in touch with us or see below for open positions.

This is your chance to enter the rapidly growing mobile health and behavior-change industry, helping a team of entrepreneurs, scientists, and change agents tackle some of our deepest social challenges. DailyFeats is at the cutting edge of using technology and brand partnerships to create social good, and growing exponentially. We’ve recently been covered in outlets as diverse as Mashable and USA Today.

You’ll work with a proven leadership team: Veer (CEO) and Vinay Gidwaney (CPO) have built and sold a successful technology enterprise to CA, Inc., and both have been recognized as innovators (E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist, MIT Technology Review Magazine Top Innovator Under Age 35). Morley Ivers (President, COO) has built some of the world’s most successful loyalty programs and sponsorship platforms in executive management positions at RecycleBank and Points International.

As a member of the DailyFeats team, you’ll be dedicated to helping people be their best through positive, transformative actions. We take this goal very seriously. We’re constantly challenging ourselves to improve our product, pushing the boundaries of what’s been done before to make DailyFeats more seamless, more fun, and more rewarding. Every member of our team contributes to this mission, and in return, every employee has the opportunity for company ownership.

Our workplace, like our mission, is all about well-being. As a collective, our team maintains relationships of honesty, trust, and open communication between everyone, and the essential ingredients of workplace well-being — refreshments, exercise, education, real work-free vacation time — are always prioritized. Hours are sometimes long but always flexible. You’ll get all the support you need to meet the demands of your job and build the career you aspire to while maintaining great quality of life.

Head of User Experience and Design

We base our development process on 4 simple steps: Innovate, Measure, Iterate. Repeat. We first start with an idea. We then implement that idea in a bare minimum fashion. We test it with real people and measure their usage qualitatively and quantitatively. We then iterate the design until we get something we’re proud of.

As DailyFeats’ head of UX and Design, you’ll be at the heart of that process, working alongside the Chief Product Officer and the product development team to help craft every aspect of the DailyFeats web and mobile user experience. Your expertise, creativity, and leadership will be essential and highly valued; you will help lead decisions for product strategy.

This is a key role at DailyFeats with a high level of responsibility; the successful candidate must have at least one significant experience on a team building a consumer web/mobile product, and must understand the demands of a rapid innovate-design-release-learn-iterate cycle. A large amount of your work responsibilities will require expertise in both crafting user experiences conceptually, and building them in CSS.

You’ll draw on that experience to work quickly, nimbly, and energetically to tackle some of our generation’s greatest challenges, impacting the lives of millions of people — not to mention working with top consumer brands, such as Walgreens, eBay, Cigna, MTV, Tommy Hilfiger, and others, at a leading start-up that’s profitable and growing. As you can see, we take our work seriously: it is never slow or routine, frequently challenging, and always rewarding.

Therefore, we don’t just need a UX designer: we need someone who’s committed to the idea of changing the world through positive actions, and who’s ready to be a leader in making that happen.

Is that you? Please make your case at careers@dailyfeats.com.
