Digital Project Manager, New York City
JOB DESCRIPTION
Dom & Tom, Inc, is a full service development studio specializing in emerging technologies for web, social media, e-Commerce, interactive, and mobile platforms. We are seeking seeing a Digital Project Manager with 2-3 years’ experience. Dom & Tom’s Project Managers are responsible for driving projects from the beginning to the end of the project life cycle. Candidates must be impeccably organized, cool under pressure and want to work hard with fun people. You will work on cool projects with clients from startup level to enterprise, in a faced paced environment. This is a full time position with benefits including health, dental, and vision. Salary is commensurate with experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead projects independently through the entire project life-cycle
• Lead multiple projects and project teams simultaneously
• Manage clients and internal/external teams and clearly communicate project timelines, including milestones, deadlines and deliverables
• Adhere to best practices in project management
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget by managing project risk and scope as well as client expectations
REQUIREMENTS
• Thorough knowledge of Digital Project Management with 2-3 years of experience – PMI certification (CAPM or PMP) preferred
• Proficiency in all project management principles, methodologies and processes
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams, including creative and technical resources in multiple geographic locations
• Strong communication, time-management, leadership and collaboration skills
• Experience managing short and long-term projects in fast-paced, agency environment – digital experience a plus
• Experience with collaborative project management software
• A “no-panic” personality, robust organizational and creative problem-solving skills
• A sense of humor, an open mind, and a passion for doing great work
