The most basic goal of the fest is to expand CultureHub’s practice, which has been based on teleconferencing gear re-purposed for performance and cultural exchange. But what about volumetric telepresence with dueling Lumarcas, or data based interaction where information from the environment on one side changes the other, or using the distance itself as an expressive medium?
