We have an exciting new opportunity for an extremely talented and passionate Digital Designer
based in our New York office. You will be working primarily within US team but will form part of
the wider Product Department team based in the UK. Working on briefs from some of the biggest
brands and clients on groundbreaking interactive blipp campaigns will form part of your day-to-
day responsibilities whilst also conceptualising and continually evolving our platform from a users
perspective. You’ll need to be ideas driven, focused as well as being a team player and possess
the creative abilities to work at a fast pace (not all the time!) in an innovative new, exciting and

• Be passionate about the creative possibilities/uses for image recognition/AR and the
future of this tech.
• Have an intuitive ability to create mind blowing interactive experiences that put the
consumer at the heart of all your designs
• In depth knowledge of user-centered design principles with the ability to address
complex design problems and provide sound design solutions
• Preferably at least 2 years experience working
• Strong visual design skills (layout, hierarchy, typography, colour theory) and attention
to detail, down to the last pixel
• Strong motivation to find the best outcome, whatever the constraints
• Can clearly articulate in all matters of customer experience and can hold your own in
a business discussion
• All round creative ability – Working on ideas & concept flows, screen designs, through
to asset preparation for the developers to build
• The ability to take ownership of, and manage all aspects of a project as an individual
whilst can work as part of a bigger team
• Experienced with social media platforms
Personal skills
We expect you to be a skilled multi-tasker, being able to manage your time and workload, and
be very organised with great attention to detail. You love working in a cross-functional team
and show initiative and a “can do” attitude, making sure to follow up and get results. You’ll
be great at communicating skills and get excited about possibilities and opportunities. You’re
used to working in dynamic work environment where no two days are the same and things
move at a lightning speed. Also, if you make a mean cuppa tea and love pastries, that’s a
very welcome bonus!
Technical Skills
Proficient in using the Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Fireworks, Photoshop and
Illustrator. A working knowledge of CSS3, HTML would be desirable. Any experience in video
editing and After Effects would be very advantageous.
This position is based in New York, US. Salary based on experience.
