We are currently seeking a Studio Artist to support the New York office with a range of projects ranging from presentations, to graphic design changes to digital/offline consumer tactics, to processes and practices for managing images and preparing files for digital or print production.


This position will be based in New York.

  • Responsible for developing presentation decks using PowerPoint or KeyNote, including development of graphics/charts, sourcing images, placing creative and positioning copy for presentations.
  • Assistance with processes involved in developing creative which may include development of specs using pre-developed templates, sourcing and managing images, applying and checking against brand/graphic standards, submitting files and support materials for regulatory review, and following client processes for preparing and handing off files for digital and print production.
  • Routine application of copy and design changes to digital and print materials, under direction of account and creative teams.
  • When needed, support creation of creative for presentations – which may include helping with mock-ups, mounting, arranging for offsite oversize production of boards/banners, etc.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree or certificate in Graphic Design and/or supplementary training in specific software programs.
  • 2+ years experience as a Production Artist and/or Studio Artist with an agency or marketing department. Experience working on digital projects, including developing emails, as well as direct mail and brochures is preferred.
  • Experience working with leading/industry standard software, which includes Power Point, Keynote, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.
  • Experience working with file preparation for digital and print production.
  • Experience in understanding and adhering to strict client guidelines (brand guidelines, production guidelines) and processes.
  • Able to take design direction and apply feedback from the creative lead on projects.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines, manage multiple projects, adapt to constantly changing environment, and collaborate with team members who are working in remote locations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
