How to submit entries

Before you begin submitting your work, we suggest you review the Information, Preparation and Categories pages from the link above.Entering your work involves 5 easy steps:


STEP 1: CREATE ENTRIES
The first step in entering any of our shows is to click the “Create Entry” tab and begin the user-friendly entry process. Select the channel you are entering and then choose more specific category information in the following menus. You will then be prompted to input credit information for each entry you wish to submit.
STEP 2: ITEMIZED LIST
After you have created entries you will notice they have been automatically added to your Itemized List, the running record of all your current entries. Here you will be able to add, delete, edit andduplicate entries, a new feature allowing you to submit the same entry into multiple categories without having to retype information. After you have finished creating your entries, you will be able to go over your Itemized List and make any corrections before printing forms.
STEP 3: PRINT FORMS
In order to accurately process your entries, the Art Directors Club staff depends on a series of forms that will identify your work. Each entry is given a unique Entry ID number that will allow us to track it during the judging process. In the ‘Print Forms’ area of the entry site you will be able to print the necessary entry labels, itemized lists, packing slips and invoices needed to complete your entry.
STEP 4: PAYMENT
Now that you have created all of your entries, checked your Itemized List and printed all of the necessary forms, you can proceed to the payment stage. After payment has been processed, you will not be able to add or delete this particular group of entries. You can enter additional work by logging on and creating new entries, which will be displayed in a new Itemized List. You can track all of your completed Itemized Lists, and make changes to credit information at any time, by clicking the “Entry History” link found in “My Account.”
STEP 5: FINAL PREPARATION
You are now ready to send your entries to ADC! In order to expedite the processing of your entries, please follow our basic packing and shipping guidelines, which you can view by clicking “Preparation” on the top menu.
