Project Manager / Interactive Producer

What we are looking for?
• Junior to mid-level project manager
• 2-5 years experience in project management or product development
• Experience in an agency environment preferred
• Passion for business, design, technology and products
• Excellent writer (we are not kidding about this one)
• Friendships have ended because you are so detail oriented (we are definitely not kidding about this either)
• BA or BS Degree
• Positive, accountable, energetic
What will be your typical responsibilities, initially?
• Develop project plans, create task lists, track team member’s time, write status reports and confirm everyone is hitting their milestones to deliver
projects on time and profitably.
• Schedule internal and client meetings of which you will participate
• Prepare presentations for client meetings and write up detailed meeting minutes to track key decisions.
• Assist user experience designers, visual designer and content developers to develop requirements, scope projects and QA project deliverables.
What will be responsibilities would we like you to grow into?
• Continue to deliver on all your project management responsibilities
• As you prove out your project management skills, we will turn to you to assume greater budget responsibilities. You will guide (not merely assist) both clients and Analogous through each phase of the design process.
• Insure that everyone has the necessary tools and knowledge available to make informed decisions.
• Lead meetings and client communication on projects
• Write elements or entire proposals for new business and be part of sales process.
• Identify new responsibilities and opportunities for you to grow professionally.
