Job Opening: Tactonic is looking for one or two full time new hires or intern for a hybrid position that is 1/3rd Office Manager, 1/3rd Product Assembly, 1/3rd Industrial Design ( and/or Demo programmer )
Please Note: This is a single job, so the ideal candidate will have all of these skills. We are on an exciting growth path, so this is a job that someone can ‘make for themselves’, depending on their skills, interests and drive.
Product Assembly Job Requirements
• Must be able to assemble neat and accurate prototypes
• Must be able to follow instructions
• Ability to design and build physical prototypes
• Able to create product mock-ups (graphic and physical)
• Able to work with clients
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator
• Experience with 3D printing a plus
• Experience with Laser cutters a plus
• Web Design a plus
Office Manager and light Book keeping
• Great communications skills
• Comfortable talking with Clients
• Experience with Office and Google Apps products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• QuickBooks Online experience
• Handling of Accounts Receivable/Payable
Programming and software Demos: Candidates who have an interest/ability in programming (versus Industrial Design) are invited to also apply
• C++/C#/Java and/or Graphics programming
• Unity3D development a plus
• Firmware/Micro-controller programming
