OPPORTUNITY, Technical Co-Lead

Qlovi is a recently funded and quickly expanding ed-tech startup, working out of New York City. We are hiring an experienced full-stack web developer to join our team as Technical Co-Lead.
Responsibilities to include rapidly prototyping new features, researching new technologies, core product development, managing additional technical resources.
Requirements:
- Education background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 4+ years of experience. OR, Master’s degree in relevant field with 2+ years of experience.
- Linux server administration and Linux shell scripting
- Apache server administration
- MySQL server administration and development
- Advanced PHP server side development
- Development on CakePHP or other MVC frameworks
- HTML/CSS development
- Advanced Javascript development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work individually and with a team
