One of the largest energy commodity data providers has opened a Senior Business Analyst position and looking to close it through vendors.
As a vendor, we got an opportunity to offer candidates and work on the project with our own BA.

Requirements to candidate (Senior Business Analyst)
– 3+ years of BA experience in Financial Services (Energy Commodities experience is welcomed)
– Should be able to lead requirements gathering and management process for core software project
– Lead all work with Product Owners and offshore development teams to create, manage and clarify business requirements
– Should have IT technical background for proper user stories planning with development team leaders
– Requirements gathering through direct Product Owner interviews as well as formal and informal sessions
– Analyzing System & Functional Specifications, Use Cases, Coding and testing phases
– Facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) Sessions with business users and development team to drive out detailed business requirements.
– Should understand Agile development methodology and work with Agile tools such as Rally or Jira
– No restrictions on travels to UK
– Russian language is a bonus
