[GIG] Freelance Project: Interactive WebGL Scenarios (2x)

Overview:
2 interactive effects to be developed as part of physical media installation for an NFL franchise. The effects will
be applied over/behind existing content (HTML5 text/images/video). Effects will utilize camera (webcam) input
and WebGL (three.js + shaders) to allow users to interact with the display. Individual effects, libraries, and
technology used may be published as open source. Completed display will not be. This library may be used as a
starting point: https://github.com/zebradog/camera Candidates should have experience working with GLSL and/
or high performance creative computer graphics.

Scenarios:
1.) Flashbulbs

Lights/blubs should flash around a user silhouette when they walk by.

2.) Snow

Snow should swirl/move when a user walks by.
