Job Title: Web Producer

Reports to: Managing Producer, Digital Media

Primary Function/Position Summary

Web Producer will play a central role in our journey to develop a world-class, industry leading digital experience. This position will work with specialist departments around the world, Marketing, Public Relations and Creative Service teams using our content management platform to build and maintain digital content experiences.

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented individual with a strong background in web content management and digital production. You will make sure our digital projects run smoothly from research and concept through implementation and launch. You will be involved with evaluating, scoping, prioritizing and planning projects, ensuring requests fit our digital strategy and necessary resources are available to achieve project goals. The Web Producer will also ensure that both content and web design materials follow style guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have prior web experience, excellent communications skills, demonstrated project management skills, editorial savvy and a solid understanding of the online creative development process. The Web Producer will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing websites, build and deploy new web pages.

• Ensure that all web content follows style guidelines and work with developers to assess any technical challenges in displaying the content.

• Support project implementation including content editing, loading, translation and troubleshooting.

• Support implementation of optimization strategies and standards including redesigns, SEO, commerce, and personalization.

• Develop and maintain standards, policies, and procedures for web change requests and enhancements.

• Oversee the ongoing web production lifecycle and implementation process for new feature development, website optimization, and global sales events.

• Partner with internal clients and team members to collect, document, and communicate business requirements into functional creative briefs and project plans and timelines.

• Develop and maintain an overall development project plan that tracks production requests and projects and enables proper prioritization and resource planning.

• Manage multiple projects and resolve shifting priorities throughout project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.

• Experience with Site Core or other Content Management platform a plus.

• 2 to 4 years related work experience.

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.

• Experience in Publishing, Luxury or Art related industries, a plus.
