[INTERN] Sales & Strategy Intern, Tinypass

You’ll work with the sales and strategy team on lead generation and nurturing, customer relationship management, and supporting strategic engagements. For this role, you’ll need polished communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to produce high quality deliverables.

What you’ll do:
– Learn our platform inside and out in order to offer advice and help customers configure settings and install Tinypass on their site
– Serve as a front line, on-call resource for customers via phone, and email, quickly and thoroughly solving their problems
– Work with our sales team to develop initiatives and create content that educates customers and improves their experience
– Discover potential customers; plan and execute outreach campaigns – Additional tasks and duties as assigned
– Dive deep into analytics platforms to create internal reports for our clients

Skills & Requirements:
– Enthusiastic and detail oriented self-starter eager to excel in a fast-paced startup environment, and interested in technology
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Ability to learn new programs and systems quickly
– Have a ‘can do’ attitude, work smart, manage time, and deliver results
– Familiarity with Excel and manipulating data sets
– Knowledge of the sales cycle, marketing strategy, and CRM systems
– Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS – Skilled at online research
– Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or social media platforms is a plus
– Any training in HTML, CSS, or other programming language is a plus
– College degree and/or equivalent experience and education
