Gain deep understanding of real world customer needs and business goals and collect valuable user feedback and insight to inform product decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and customers in an agile, iterative user-centered design process to design features, write user stories, partner with UX researchers to validate designs, and work with development teams to ensure correct implementation of design.
Produce UX requirement specifications, personas, interaction design flowcharts, design prototypes, and design specifications.
Participate as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team that includes other UX designers, Motion designers, graphic designers and strategists
Qualifications:
CRITICAL: You must have an online portfolio. Applicants without an online portfolio will not be considered.
At least 3 years of UX design experience, with an eye for detail in interaction design, in high-traffic consumer experiences.
Strong knowledge of UX design processes and methodology, particularly as applied to cross-device consumer experiences.

A passion for creating products that resonate with people and are a delight to use.
Outstanding oral and written presentation skills, with the ability to adapt your communication to different audiences
