You should have a strong interest in branding and corporate identity and be familiar with brand experience design. Brand experience at Intebrand can become anything from a website, to a mobile application, to an installation, physical space, a physical product, interactive game, or all of the above.
We are looking for a User Experience designer with more of a focus on solid user insights and research at the beginning of a project as you will be almost a ‘strategist’ in this role. This UX designer will support addition UX team members on projects, gathering requirements, creating the research plan, understanding user and business needs, creating the scope, working up the personas and user stories, and starting to create the project strategy and concepts.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Document the user experience through user flows, scenarios, storyboards, mock-ups, and/or prototypes.
Gain deep understanding of real world customer needs and business goals and collect valuable user feedback and insight to inform product decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and customers in an agile, iterative user-centered design process to design features, write user stories, partner with UX researchers to validate designs, and work with development teams to ensure correct implementation of design.
Produce UX requirement specifications, personas, interaction design flowcharts, design prototypes, and design specifications.
Participate as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team that includes other UX designers, Motion designers, graphic designers and strategists
CRITICAL: You must have an online portfolio. Applicants without an online portfolio will not be considered.
At least 3 years of UX design experience, with an eye for detail in interaction design, in high-traffic consumer experiences.
Strong knowledge of UX design processes and methodology, particularly as applied to cross-device consumer experiences.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle and/or Sketchbook Pro.
A passion for creating products that resonate with people and are a delight to use.
Outstanding oral and written presentation skills, with the ability to adapt your communication to different audiences
Must be organized, able to think beyond what is asked for, and able to work both independently and as part of an extended design team
