We’re looking to develop a proprietary application (written in Excel VB) that maximizes withdrawals in retirement based on assets and expenses. The Excel program which is currently a working model would be converted to an online server-based application (SaaS) with a data input, a linear program, and a report output component. We estimate the project to take 4 to 6 weeks.
