1) Game Producer / Designer
Someone who has game development experience in managing a team, doing some game design work, etc. Familiarity with multiple code bases – specifically Unity. This person needs to be able to manage multiple game development projects simultaneously throughout their product lifecycles – conception, pre-production, production, launch, maintenance, etc. Work closely with engineers, artists and other team personnel to specify, optimize and launch features to improve the game’s virality, engagement and overall fun factor. This person must be able to assist in writing game design documents, in-game text, tutorials, etc. They specifically need to have experience in mobile game development.
2) Art Lead
Someone who can contribute on various art tasks such as creation of in-game assets, 2D / 3D models, visual presentations, etc. They need to be familiar with PhotoShop, Maya/Max, Z-brush, Unity game engine, etc.

3) Game Tester / Balancer
Someone who will test our games on site – daily – logging bugs, collecting various data, etc. Needs to be good with XL and various bug-tracking systems. Also will be involved in helping to balance gameplay mechanics, improve player experience through regulating difficulty levels, etc.
