[JOB] Technology Analyst, R/GA

R/GA is looking for a Technology Analyst to join the R/GA Business Transformation
group. The Technology Analyst will evaluate a variety of technology offerings, and based
on client requirements, goals and current tech stack, will evaluate technology offerings,
and based on client requirements, goals and current tech stack, will help make
considered recommendations that meet the client’s needs. This position requires a
broad understanding of digital technologies across multiple verticals, industry trends,
and the interaction of business and technology in a global environment. Key
responsibilities include gathering and researching data for evaluating technology
solutions, establishing technology evaluation criteria, benchmark evaluation processes,
develop analysis, and establish conclusions.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has knowledge of and previous experience
working with and/or evaluating a range of technology vendors. It is an exciting

Key Responsibilities:
 Gather and research data for evaluating technology solutions such as CMS,
eCommerce, CRM, Analytics, Social, Testing and others.
 Establish technology evaluation criteria, feature matrices, benchmark processes.
 Develop pertinent and thoughtful analysis, and establish conclusions.
 Set up technical proof of concept for various software solutions when needed.
 Help with writing POVs on various technology offerings.
 Collaborate with other domain experts within the company to put together
technology evaluations, when needed.
 Research emerging technologies, and be up-to-date on feature releases and
major updates from technology vendors.
 Take responsibility for creating and leading portions of deliverables.
Qualifications:
 Four-year degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or
related field.
• 2+ years working in technology consulting or relevant experience.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Knowledge and previous experience working with and/or evaluating a range of
technology vendors.
 Breadth of knowledge over multiple technology verticals, such as (but not
limited to) CRM, Ecommerce, CMS, Social, Analytics, Ad Tech.
 An understanding of the interaction of business and technology in a global
environment.
 Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively
convey information in a clear and concise manner.
 Ability to translate data into meaningful and actionable recommendations.
 Ability to handle multiple, complex projects in a deadline-driven environment.
 High levels of self-motivation and attention to detail.
