Creative Technologist Internship at Second Story

Second Story is looking for a creative technologist intern to join our New York team this summer. ROLE:
This is a software development role with some physical computing work. You’ll be working with our team on a variety of projects and experiments in our lab. We’re looking for someone who has imagination and passion for building new experiences at the intersection of art, storytelling and technology.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Collaborates well with others in an interdisciplinary team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with physical computing platforms such as Rasberry Pi or Arduino.
- Programming experience using creative coding frameworks or in web development. Experience in a coding language is needed such as Processing or HMTL/JS. Experience in C++ is a plus.
- Someone who is self-motivated, hands-on and has previous work experience
This internship is a paid, full-time position.
