We are looking for an entrepreneurial, detail oriented team player to be our Program Coordinator to provide crucial administrative support for our off-site Program Managers. The Program Coordinator will make sure our 30+ teachers and 50+ school partners have everything they need so that our students can design, code, create & troubleshoot LEGO® robots, video games, web pages and stop motion animations!

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide administrative support for our Program Managers who oversee 80+ off-site after school
• Provide our students and school partners with excellent customer service
• Teach and/or substitute for our after school clubs across the 5 boroughs as needed
• Organize, prepare and keep track of all of our off-site instructional materials and equipment
• Transport our equipment to/from 50+ schools in time for our clubs
• Install software for our programs at our partner schools
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelors Degree
• Experience working with children a plus, either in a traditional school environment or within non-traditional teaching environments such as coaching or camp counseling
• Ability to problem solve and work independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Outstanding project, planning and time management skills, including an extreme attention to detail and ability to prioritize/multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent cooperation and negotiation skills and the ability to use them appropriately with clients and staff
• A valid US driver’s license is required (necessary for transporting equipment)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds (necessary for transporting equipment)
• Highly professional with a positive attitude and a good sense of humor
• Energy and enthusiasm about working with youth clubs
