An exciting opportunity has arisen and we are now seeking an experienced Front End Developer to join our technology team based in New York.

 

The Role

* Working with in house Designers to align designs/wireframes with technical feasibility and sensitivity to system constraints

• Understands key web development concepts through experiences such as:

• Interpreting graphic visual or interaction designs in HTML, CSS and Javascript.

• Creating visually appealing web pages or interfaces.

• Creating, editing or modifying templates for a CMS or web development framework.

• Programming interaction with JavaScript and/or a library such as jQuery

• Experience working in an agile development environment

• Experience in performing unit, Integration, and functional testing

• Experience with software configuration best practices (continuous integration, source control, etc.)

• Experience with Git workflow and branching strategies

• Ability to work efficiently in teams and/or independently

• Ability to successfully work in a fast paced, changing environment

• Ability and desire to learn new skills quickly

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the desire to work in a team environment across organization functional boundaries

 

Domain specific knowledge or transferable skills

• Experience with web development languages:

• HTML

• CSS

• JavaScript (REACT Desirable)

• JQuery

• Ajax

Experience with .Net and C# desirable.

Creative Agency experience desirable.
