The New Voices Project at the Secret Theater Company is looking for alternative story telling styles that include integrating technology into traditional theater. Our space is a small black box theater with 77 seats. Any technological items would need to be contained in this space, use available resources and the storyteller would be responsible for supplying the equipment needed. We are looking for a 60-90 minute piece or several short pieces that would give our audiences a unique experience.
Please send a synopsis explaining the story and the technology you would be using for your performance. Also, please include, if possible, thoughts on budget or other needs to insure the collaboration starts on a solid foundation. The piece should include live performers and the creators be New York based or in the tri-state area.
