Seeking a fresh, reliable and resourceful individual interested in growing experience and skills in developing a career in art installation and gallery exhibition production.
Candidate should be quick witted, efficient, and have a general understanding of machinery and construction. General interest or experience in Set, Stage or Exhibition Design and Production a plus. Should have a keen understanding of integrative technology systems and trouble shooting for artworks that require technological troubleshooting or installation!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Execution small repairs, and general maintenance work for gallery.
Help coordinate and execute onsite and offsite installations.
Act as Driver for Gallery.
Client Deliveries.
Deliveries to and from storage facilities.
Painting Walls.
Installing signage.
Moving furniture.
Possible travel to US art fairs to assist with execution install of gallery booth.
