The Lab is currently hiring in partnership with the Veteran’s Affairs to build a team that will work on healthcare related service design projects. We will be hiring 15 experienced designers including:
- Service Designer
- Visual Designer
- Senior Design Project Manager
- Content Strategist
- Communication Designer
The plan is to hire for these positions through our Human Innovation Fellows program (so current federal employees are not eligible) and hires will be GS 13, 14 or 15 (please refer here for what these pay grades mean) depending on their level of experience.
In support this effort, we are sharing information about those positions through Google Docs folder because, silly though it still is, we still don’t have a website.
This google drive folder below has info about 3 of the roles we are currently hiring for (Visual Designer, Service Designers, Senior Design Project Manager) along with a one pager about our program and a list of sample projects these folks would work on. We’ll add more to this folder as time goes on including additional job announcements for the Content Strategist and other roles as well as other supporting documents, so we recommend sharing the link rather than the actual files.
