TBWA\CHIAT\DAY NY is looking for a Creative Technical Lead who cares about the visuals as much as the code. The technical lead will be responsible for the development of display campaigns, with the support of additional team members. You will also be required to review creative ideas for feasibility and provide technical specification documentation on the best approach to development, on a project by project basis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to bring technology based ideas to life
- Develop custom HTML code for more complex display animations
- Keep up with current and upcoming technology platforms in order to inspire innovative thinking and execution across the agency
- Identify and vet potential development partners in and outside of the TBWA network.
- Identify the best partners to ensure that only the highest creative quality is being delivered
- Create technology specification documentation that acts as a roadmap and provides a point of view on how projects should be built in order to align with existing client requirements and ensure feasibility and scalability. These will be used to guide development teams on architecture and overall system design
- Work with project managers and producers on scoping and scheduling of digital projects
- R&D and light prototyping for pitches
- Represent the technology practice of TBWA to clients, stakeholders, and partners
- Liaison with any third-parties when technical issues arise
