Lead Designer

The Lead Designer has a passion for creating digital experiences across social, web and brand identity. The ideal candidate has strong design chops with a skillset that can be adapted to multiple mediums and styles while thriving in a collaborative, fast paced work environment that requires strong problem solving skills, independent self-direction and open communication.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a design aesthetic and manage design across all brand digital collateral including brand decks, proposals, editorial content graphics, email design, social media content graphics, web design layouts and online graphic elements
- Responsible for developing and monitoring production schedules adhering to an assigned budget
- Experience sourcing and managing a stock photo library
- Takes high level initiative on improving collateral materials departmental processes
- Liaises with internal clients and with others in corporate marketing communications to execute collateral creation projects
- Maintain visual guidelines and patterns to ensure consistent brand identity
- Passion in solving UI/UX problems with creativity and users in mind
- Experience developing (or assisting in development of) detailed wireframes, mockups, storyboards, scenarios, flows and prototypes is a plus
