  • Assisting with the design and implementation of archive systems for hardware and software related to LED artworks and projects.
  • Managing LED spares stock.
  • Coordinating LED repairs with clients and/or fabricators, consultants.
  • Travelling to project sites and fabricators’ facilities for client visits, mock-up and content reviews, and installation.
  • Supporting Project Managers on day-to-day shepherding of LED and other technical projects.
  • Consulting and sharing information with experts, and identifying new experts to advance technical projects.
  • Maintain detailed centralized documentation of key Studio tech information.
  • Participate in planning, design and development of Studio best-practice procedures.

A strong candidate will have the following experience:

  • At least 3 years experience in a creative and demanding tech environment.
  • Working knowledge of media software and programming, ideally electronic-display related.
  • Proficiency in Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Final Cut, FileMaker Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Lightroom and Excel.

A strong candidate will have the following skills:

  • Exceptional oral and written communications skills. Must love pithy.
  • Extreme attention to organization, detail, accuracy, and affection for professionalism.
  • Very effective, rapid problem-solving skills. Must be decisive.
  • Must listen well, take direction happily, and rely on feedback to foster growth.
  • Innate ability to make work simple and straightforward, and not overcomplicate.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team, collegially, with a focus on the best interests of the artwork, Artist and Studio.
  • Ability to organize and centralize high-volume information in a speedy creative environment.
