JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Producer will manage the redesign of commerce websites for our client, a leading Asia-
based luxury brand. The Producer will be responsible for the tracking of

Creation of:
o Project plans
o Project schedules
o Meeting agenda and recaps
Task and milestone tracking
Asset tracking
Coordinating a cross-functional team to make sure deadlines and requirements are met
Act as conduit between technical, creative, and business teams, being able to efficiently
communicate with individuals from each area of expertise
Communicate red flags and risks in timely and solution-oriented manner
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Excellent active listening skills.
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the software development
lifecycle.
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
• Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
• Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
• Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
• Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
• Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a Project Management role in an
eCommerce/ software development organization
Knowledge of eCommerce processes & concepts
Knowledge of DemandWare a plus
Demonstrated ability to drive projects across a complex corporate organization
