PROJECT COORDINATOR

We are currently seeking a full time Project Coordinator to join our team.  The Project Coordinator will work with Project Managers and Account Directors to run exhibit, media, and installation projects for a variety of institutional, museum, and corporate clients. The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the project team, helping to plan, organize and run these projects, working with top designers in the field of interactive and environment design.

  • Supporting PM’s in organizing, communicating and following up with team members
  • Supporting Account Directors to create Scope of Work statements and proposals

  • Producing project reports and status updates
  • Stellar communicator.
  • Facilitating team communications
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Able to organize Client feedbackand content/asset deliveries
  • A Planner and Organizer.
  • Updating and managing schedules for design phases
  • Coordinating presentation production
  • Scheduling meetings and design reviews
  • Facilitating cross-project coordination meetings
  • Administrative tasks, as assigned
THE IDEAL PERSON
  • Highly organized with the ability to efficiently use time
  • Careful attention to detail
  • Proven interest in user experience design, technology, and exhibition design
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Collaborative
  • Comfortable with a range of software applications, including: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Asana, Basecamp. Familiarity with Adobe products (i.e. InDesign, Photoshop, etc) a plus.
  • High problem-solving skills
