JOB: Joanne Weaver Group, EX Lead or Service Design Lead

We’re seeking a fulltime or temp-to-perm UX LEAD or SERVICE DESIGN LEAD, for NYC or SF, for our longtime, beloved global service design firm client, who has elegant, Scandinavian roots, a long lunch table where people join together family-style, and a thoughtful and kind culture. Oh, and a beautiful office with sweeping NYC views doesn’t hurt either!
Qualified candidates will have:

• backgrounds from top agencies or design firms
• clean/elegant portfolios showcasing case studies and hands-on design work: wires/prototypes, service design/user journey maps, research findings, etc
• leadership juju and management experience of 2-4 direct reports – it’s quite a seasoned, high-visibility role at their company
• have  proven experience owning multi-pronged projects from Discovery through Launch, including managing and deepening client relationships
• Experience working with both in-house and remote Dev teams

Can be based out of either their NYC or SF studio, and will relocate the right person.
