Project Manager, Global Product Delivery and Rollout

This role is a liaison and facilitator for successful rollout of new Auction e-commerce platform. This role will be working with all departments that are involved into pre-sale, during sale and post-sales activity on sale by sales basis according to a Sales calendar. New platform is being rolled out in incremental manner, with migrating departments from old to new platform one by one, targeting to get to multiple sales per day/week.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the rollout of Sales on a new platform according to a Sales Calendar defined by Business leads
  • Have a good understanding of  technology and products that are being built in Product department
  • Have a deep understanding of what it takes to prepare and execute every Sale in every location
  • Work with technology teams to ensure that software will be ready and stable prior to Sale
  • Work with Departments and Centralized Sales Creation teams to ensure timely and flawless auction cataloguing and publishing
  • Work with Client Services, Marketing, Editorial, Creative and Digital Marketing to ensure necessary materials, campaigns, content, creative elements are prepared on time
  • Work with Legal and Compliance on preparation of Conditions of Sales, Privacy Policies and Terms of Sales on sales by sale basis
  • Continuously monitor the engagement and bidding activity for active online sales and act with corresponding teams to influence non-optimal intermediate results
  • Create proper documentation (project plans, checklists) for all stages of various sales in various locations and departments, constantly track progress
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in every department

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management or similar field
  • Good understanding of technology, digital savviness
  • Confident user of various project management tools like Jira, MS tools, ability to create clear WBS and timelines
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Continuous improvement mentality, no blame culture
