For the summer we’re seeking a bright intern to assist with marketing and communications projects based in our New York office.
Availability:
2-3 days per week  (late May — end of August)
Duties:
Marketing Communications: Assist with the writing, editing, and development materials such as: marketing emails, PR briefs, articles.
Media Asset Creation and Management: Resize images and video files for social media and web; simple video editing, shooting interesting behind the scenes content around the office/studio.
Website: Assist with the writing, editing, and publishing of new blog posts, project/case studies, and more. Assist with updates to the website including adding new visual assets, press links and keywords to advance our SEO strategy.
Social Media: Assist with drafting and scheduling content to our social media platforms; hashtag research; create/maintain Twitter lists; add tags/descriptions to Vimeo.
CRM Database: Assist with updating our database.

Special Projects: Participate in brainstorming sessions and meetings with our internal and external team.

Qualifications — we’re looking for someone who:
 Has strong skills with Microsoft Office software on the Mac platform. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere), Keynote, and WordPress (or similar CMS) desired.
 Has thorough understanding of social media, and Hubspot a plus.
 Has experience conducting desk research.
 Ideally is studying marketing, public relations, or communications.
 Is passionate about design.
