The Computer Science Department is hiring a TUTOR for the following Spring 2020 course:
CSCI-UA.421 Numerical Computing
Professor Margaret Wright – mhw@cs.nyu.edu
Must be available on-campus for 5 hours per week
Grader Compensation: $1,050 for 5 hours per week
In order to qualify for a position, you must have:
– Knowledge of linear algebra and Matlab, and background in numerical analysis/numerical computing
-An overall GPA of 3.5 or higher
– Received a grade of A- or better in the course or have studied extensively the relevant course topic yourself.
– A good academic record and must be enrolled or maintaining matriculation as a student here at NYU for the semester.Please note that you DO NOT qualify for the position if you have already accepted a job for over 15 hours.
