JOB: AV Inventory Sales Support, Shared Studios

AV Inventory Sales Support

Role: Part-time contract, flexible, est. ~10 hours per week

Start Date: Immediate

Project Term: Month-to-month

Days: 10 days per week (~2 days per week, ~5 hours per day)

Location: 60 Flushing Ave Brooklyn, New York (near the Navy Yard)

Compensation: $15 per hour plus 3% commission on sales

 

Shared_Studios is seeking proactive inventory sales support. In this role, you will help us organize and sell excess inventory from our Brooklyn office space. Our inventory is primarily audiovisual equipment — screens, projectors, cameras, routers, codecs and similar. We are looking for ~10 hours of support per week in our offices in Brooklyn between 9a-5p Monday-Fri.

 

Tasks include:

  • Identifying and setting up selling method
  • Log and organize products for sale 
  • Coordinate sales with buyers
  • Handle shipping and returns

You are:

  • Diligent and detail-oriented 
  • Comfortable with AV technology and specs
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial
  • A good communicator
