Dustin Yellin Studio is exploring working with digital assets after many years and I think being part of that could be really exciting. While the job position is for a “Photoshop Assistant”, they are open to using ML or other tech to reach their goals, so there is a bit of an R&D component to the position.

Job Title: Photoshop Assistant
Job description:
Artist’s studio seeks Photoshop assistant to digitally cut and edit scanned 2d collage artworks.
Assistant will digitally remove backgrounds from scanned images using Adobe Photoshop, and
edit digital images to the artist’s specifications.
We are looking for someone who is skilled with Adobe Photoshop, and able to perform digital
cutting/masking tasks quickly, efficiently, and to high standards of precision. Must be organized,
and a good communicator.
This work will be done in-person, at the artist’s studio in Red Hook, Brooklyn. Equipment (Apple
computer, wacom tablet, scanner) and software (Adobe Photoshop) will be provided.
This is a part-time temporary position, but there are several related projects on the horizon, so it
could grow into a longer-term working relationship. Looking to start ASAP.
