Contract JOB: Interactive DMX lighting specialist needed for multiple museum installations.
Looking for someone who can:
– Design and program DMX for LED light strips and other custom lighting through MAX/MSP.
-Integration of microphones and other reactive input to control DMX lighting for museum spaces.
-Problem solve site specific interactive lighting needs
-Create technical diagrams for lighting systems (RCPs and Plans)
-Communicate with electricians and work with building code compliance (for example – researching specifications and integrating into hard wired systems + switches)
-Remote work (except for some travel to install and test lighting on site in Austin, DC, Chicago, NY)
-This is a paid contract position for an individual or small company
