Happy Spring! We’re excited to share upcoming Mouse Professional Mentor Program opportunities for April and May. With a mix of virtual and in-person options, sign up below to continue transforming NYC Public School students’ journeys in the worlds of computer science, tech, and design.

April 2024

Connect with like-minded tech & design professionals and share your experiences visiting Mouse Design League classrooms.

VIRTUAL CLASSROOM VISITS: FINAL WEEK

In the concluding week of our virtual classroom mentorship program, you will coach Design League students on their public speaking and presentation skills, sharing tips and strategies to communicate their project ideas in a professional setting.

BECOME A VIRTUAL JUDGE FOR EMOTI-CON STUDENT EXPO & COMPETITION

Emoti-Con (virtual) is Mouse Design League’s project contest for NYC teens passionate about digital innovation as a catalyst for positive change. As a Design League mentor, you’re invited to contribute virtual professional insights on student projects and assist Mouse in selecting the finalists and winners.

EMOTI-CON 2024 CELEBRATION
In-Person | NYC-area Mentors
Join Design League student finalists, teachers, peer tech professionals, and NYC leaders at Amazon’s new location in the iconic Lord & Taylor building in Manhattan. Emoti-Con is the year-end awards ceremony and career networking event. Finalists from 11 Design League schools come to Emoti-Con to network, present their projects to tech professionals, and compete for awards. Mentors will lead career discussions to foster connections that deepen student career pathways.
