JOB: Podcast Fellowship at NYU Wasserman

We are very excited to announce the return of the NYU Wasserman Center Podcast Fellows for Fall 2024! This is a paid and engaging opportunity for students interested in getting experience in podcasting or eager to learn a new skill.

The Podcast Fellows provides a unique opportunity for students to craft a compelling podcast episode, from concept to completion. Under the mentorship of industry experts, our fellows will work on the Wasserman podcast, All in a Day’s Work. These 20-minute episodes feature interviews with members of the NYU community about their career trajectories—what they find most rewarding about their work, what challenges and setbacks they’ve faced as they’ve started their careers post-graduation, and what stories they can tell about the winding roads they’ve taken to get where they are today.

Fellows will be required to attend 4 workshop sessions covering essential skills sets and submit a final piece. Fellows will receive a $600 stipend at the end of the program. Additionally, the workshop series will be open to all students and will be posted to Handshake.

Please share the Podcast Fellows Application with students who may be interested in participating in this program. Applications must be received by Tuesday, October 1st and all applicants will be notified of their application status by Wednesday, October 9th.
