Professor/Chair of Art and Design
This would be for Chair of Art & Design, which encompasses Design, Fine Arts, Media Arts and Games. Again, we’d like to find someone with an active research profile, ideally with a Ph.D. but an MFA would be sufficient. We’d really like someone with leadership experience. Our last couple of chairs were horrible. It’s a pretty big department and we are working on starting a college-wide Ph.D. I’m particularly interested in getting someone with a Design Research or Arts Research background, although someone with a strong practice record would also be good.

Associate/Assistant Professor of Media Arts & Game Design
Terminal degree required, MFA or Ph.D., and we are particularly interested in looking for someone with a strong profile in both research and practice, such as a design research or arts research focus. Having a strong grants background will be a huge plus. It’s possible we may be able to make two hires, but only one is officially approved at this point.
