NICHE (Nurses Improving Care for=
Healthsystem Elders, a part of the NYU College of Nursing) is seeking a par=
t-time student employee for assistance with online learning initiatives, web=
maintenance, and other design projects. We are looking f=
or a student to work up to 20 hours/week to assist us with a variety of task=
s focused on the development of our online presence.

The ideal candidate will have:
Knowledge of web design applications – Photoshop, Dreamweaver=
, Illustrator, Powerpoint, and other applicationsKnowledge =
and experience with social, web, and digital media – Flash, FinalCutPro, =
social media tools for education and learningInterest in learn=
ing more about web-based learning programs tools, and resources for asso=
ciations Abi=
lity to regularly update and maintain content on nicheprogram.org – including archiving and d=
eleting outdated web files and pages, and meeting goals to enhance website a=
s an important communication tool (working with full time web developer) Work=
ing knowledge of Content Management System (CMS), HTML, and experience with =
Ruby on Rails platform.
