La MaMa, Web Development Intern
In 2018, legendary downtown performance artist John Kelly began a residency to complete TIME NO LINE, a multi-media project based on his journals that span decades. The project provides historical context for his work, through a full-length dance performance, visual art exhibition, and an interactive website yet to be developed.
La MaMa is looking for an ITP student to assist with website development. The site, featuring an extensive collection of Kelly’s journals, visual art, and video excerpts from throughout his career, will allow students, scholars, and artists around the world to interact with this exceptional historical resource. This aspect of the project, models a new way for performance work to have life beyond the stage and engage wider audiences through interactive digital platforms.
There will be a small stipend.
