Sales Associate – Designer Materials

Overview
Aimée Wilder is seeking a personable and organized Sales Associate to support trade clients, designers, and showroom partners. This role is more concierge-style than pure licensing — it’s about being the friendly, reliable point of contact who ensures designers feel cared for and supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist trade clients, interior designers, and architects with sample requests, orders, and inquiries
  • Manage sample inventory, fulfillment, and vendor communications
  • Support studio staff with scheduling, showroom appointments, and follow-ups
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a polished, professional presence
  • Track orders and communicate status updates clearly and proactively

Ideal Candidate

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles (interiors, retail, or showroom experience a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and follow-through
  • Proactive and resourceful, able to handle both client-facing and behind-the-scenes tasks
  • Interest in design, interiors, or luxury materials preferred

Compensation
