Psyflo is looking for a Head of Engineering / Engineering Lead.
We’re building AI-powered tools for mental health clinicians — helping reduce administrative burden, improve care delivery, make the therapy experience better for providers and patients, and unlock additional reimbursement opportunities for clinics.
This is an early-stage, hands-on leadership role. We’re looking for someone who can build, make strong technical and architecture decisions, work closely with product and clinical stakeholders, and help shape the engineering function from the ground up.
Ideal background:
- Full-stack builder
- Experience building AI-enabled products, LLM-based workflows, agents, or integrations
- Has shipped real products used by real users
- Startup or 0→1 experience is a big plus, but not required
- Comfortable leading technically while still being hands-on
- Excited to help hire and grow the engineering team over time
- Strong product sense and founder-level ownership
- Compensation: $120K–$175K salary plus meaningful stock options and/or direct equity, depending on role scope, experience, and cash/equity mix.
