The Role:
We’re seeking a talented Art Director who has solid experience within Shopper Marketing to oversee the development and execution of visual elements from conception, through design and pre-press in a wide variety of communications media (advertising, promotional materials, collateral, branding and signage, interactive media and videos). You’ll establish effective relationships across multi-disciplinary teams, while managing multiple requests. You’ll produce accurate work on strategy, demonstrating your resourcefulness and attention to detail.
Our Requirements:
• You have 2-3 years of design experience (including environmental).
• You have an understanding of channels and retailers, having previously worked on shopper/retail, point-of-sale, collateral, displays, in-store media/digital, promotions.
• You have a creative spark that turns brainstorms into great ideas. The city is your stomping ground, and you find inspiration in everything.
• You have solid communication (written and verbal) and computer (Adobe) skills.
• You can work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and brand needs, efficiently using resources and interpreting direction well.
• You’re a college grad.

We’re seeking an inspiring Associate Creative Director with an impressive art direction background. Our ACDs are innovative Creative Managers who are talented at bringing out the best in others. They are responsible for the overall creative quality for their group, ensuring the quality of the creative executions in terms of marketing strategy and creative standards. This is an integral role, providing brand expertise and leadership in guiding the creative team, agency partners and clients.
Our Requirements:
· You have several years of Agency experience delivering creative solutions and executions, honing your instincts and broadening your stylistic range.
· You’ve previously worked on shopper/retail, point-of-sale, collateral, displays, in-store media/digital, promotions.
· You can craft and share presentations with utmost linearity—and then go way outside the box.
· You have a creative spark that turns brainstorms into great ideas. The city is your stomping ground, and you find inspiration in everything.
· You’re a true leader, able to manage and mentor more junior team members
· You can meet many deadlines and brand needs while demonstrating a ‘people management mentality’ that fits within the Momentum model (open forum for sharing ideas, mutual respect and partnership, on-going feedback, adherence to agency policies, disseminating information, open door policy)
· You have solid digital experience with a “Big Brand” mentality and the design skills to back up your ideas.
· You’re a college grad
